Help Desk Technician

inTech Inc. is a Managed I.T. Services Provider in Kent, WA. We are looking for a professional Help Desk Technician who wants to be part of an amazing company that values its employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide remote assistance to end-users via email, phone, chat and/or remote sessions
  • Support Windows-based operating systems and software applications
  • Support virtual computing platforms
  • Support mobile devices, printing and other hardware
  • Research, troubleshoot, and document solutions
  • Promptly respond and remediate tickets to completion
  • Escalate issues through the proper channels

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of general work experience, IT or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a commitment toward customer service
  • Must have personal transportation to drive to client locations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and current Microsoft Office versions
  • Ability to prioritize, assess, and respond to urgent issues in a competent manner
  • Ability and desire to acclimate to company’s culture, support policies, and methodologies
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies and maintain industry certifications
  • Good organizational skills and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate and solve problems
  • Ability to be punctual and meet deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships
